COMPENSATION

Our base salary levels are competitive with regional accounting firms. Base salary and performance are reviewed annually, with increases based on skill development and accomplishments. 

We reward our professionals through a "pay for performance" bonus program which is paid at the end of each fiscal year. Bonuses are based on individual job performance. 

We also reward your client development efforts with a separate annually recurring bonus that grows in relation to the growth of clients you successfully introduce to the Firm.
